Remember our Mazda 323 Project car?

Today, Mazda is known for its affordable, quality-performance vehicles; that legacy is as a result of a dream and resilience by Mazda’s Founder Jujiro Matsuda.

This resilience is further embedded in Mazda’s logo which represents the determination to “pursue ongoing improvements to drive powerful, continuous growth”.

The Mazda 323 was brought to life 1963 and Six generations later; in 1985 the BF series was unveiled. It was Mazda’s first front wheel drive compact car. It was an ultimate game changer for Mazda and it is the reason why vehicles such as the Mazda Axela are very successful today.

On Sunday 27th August 2023, Erick Wokabi and Dennoh Spinner will embark on a 700km round trip to Mt. Ololokwe in the 1985 Mazda 323s to re-live Jujiro Matsuda’s dream.
On this trip we will put to test these two cars that we have restored passionately.
Stay tuned for more updates.
